Description
Join me in the beautiful village of Pernes-les-Fontaines in Provence this Spring. Pernes is a walled Medieval village and is famous for its fountains, robust market, and flower lined cobbled streets. Our workshop will take place in a charming village house that is within walking distance to everything. The house has been tastefully renovated with modern amenities including AC. All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and high quality linens.
During our daily cooking class you will learn many classic French dishes from the region. We will end our adventure with a feast to celebrate our culinary successes.

Tickets include lodging for 6.5 days. All food, and wine, and one cooking class per day.
Getting there
The closest airport is the Marseille Provence Airport. There is a taxi stand at the airport. It is a 50 minute drive to the house. You can also take the train right from Charles de Gaulle to the Avignon TGV station which is 30 minutes from the house. Taxis and Uber is available at the station. There is free parking at the house if you choose to rent a car.
