Just back from France, Tess Kelly once again shares her love for French food with this lovely autumnal menu. What we love about Tess’s cooking classes are the classic, much beloved dishes, presented in a way that is completely accessible for the American home cook. Three yummy courses will be made and served in this demonstration class, hopefully inspiring each student to repeat all or part of the menu for lunch or dinner entertaining with friends and family during the upcoming cool weather months.
MENU TO INCLUDE:
- Puréed Butternut squash soup with beurre noisette
- Savory apple, goat cheese and rosemary galette
- Roasted Beet Salad with Watercress & Orange with vinaigrette
- Pear Clafoutis for dessert
This demonstration class (plus lunch) is limited to 10 people.
