Cooking Classes In the Hudson Valley

Cooking class at Inness

Our 2024 cooking classes are off to a fabulous start. From Coq au Vin at HGS Home chef to an après-ski themed class at Inness. I also taught how to make the perfect beurre blanc at bluecashew kitchen. The private cooking classes have been so much fun too!

Coming up in March is Gnocchi Parisienne at bluecashew, Indian cooking at Inness, and a spring in Provence themed class at HGS Home chef. Looking forward to all the delicious things we will be cooking over the spring and summer.

I will be heading back to France for the first culinary vacation in Provence on May 26 to June 2nd. I dream of all of the fresh seasonal produce we will procure at the market in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence for our imaginative dishes.
