Description
Join me in the lovely village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence next summer. Our culinary adventure will take place in a beautiful home in the heart of the village within walking distance to everything Saint Rémy has to offer. Learn to cook classic French and Moroccan dishes in our daily cooking classes. Relax by the pool, or stroll the charming streets where there are plenty of shops and sights of interest. Follow the path of Vincent Van Gogh’s daily walks where he created some of his most famous paintings.
During our daily cooking class you will learn many classic French dishes from the region. Joining me will be chef Claire Laverdure. She grew up in the Drôme Provençal region and she will be sharing some of her favorite Provençale dishes with us. During the workshop there will be a wine tasting by local wine makers, and an hour long French language class with Thibault Rocheblave. Thibault is native of Nîmes. He has created a unique approach that blends culture, conversation, with a touch of café life. No text books, no pressure-just real French, the way it’s truly spoken. We will end our adventure with a feast to celebrate our culinary successes!

Tickets include lodging for 6.5 days. All food, wine, and one cooking class per day, 1 hour French language class, wine tasting with local wine makers.
Getting there
The closest airport is the Marseille Provence Airport. There is a taxi stand at the airport. You can also take the train to Avignon TGV station which 30 minutes to the house. Taxis and Uber are available at the station. There is free parking at the house if you choose to rent a car.
