In this early spring class Tess will share a menu perfect for casual entertaining with good friends, whether it be lunch or dinner. Here, spring vegetables shine, reminding us that cold weather is lifting to reveal the glory of green. Comforting, reassuring, and delicious, we know this will be a meal to pull you out of the winter doldrums while expanding your home cooking rotation.
Menu to include:
- Soupe au Pistou (spring vegetables and a parsley pesto served on toasted baguette).
- Croque Monsieur or Madame (you choose).
- Lemon Tarte with Meringue
