Explore the 15th century citadel in Blaye, and tour the vineyards of Saint-Émilion.
Fall Workshop in Nîmes France
Join us in the South of France for the fall harvest. This culinary adventure will take place in a stunning 18th century house that is within walking distance to all that city has to offer. We will take you on a walking tour to see the well preserved Roman monuments that Nîmes is known for. We will venture daily to Les Halles (market) to see what delicacies await us. They will surely inspire the incredible meals we will prepare together, complete with wine pairings from the region.
Classes are taught by chef Tess Kelly in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and in France. They are hands-on and lots of fun! She offers in-home private classes as well as group classes.
