Rough Puff Pastry is a streamlined version of the classic French Pâte Feuilletée. It’s made by laminating (or layering) an enriched butter dough–akin to rolling and folding a pie dough.
We’ll tackle both the sweet and the savoury, making scrumptiously buttery Palmiers, elegant Napoleons and a simple, yet unforgettable, Caramelized Onion Tart.
