Join Tess Kelly for her fresh take on delicious French savory pastry, perfect for summertime entertaining. Instead of the laborious classical puff pastry Tess will make two savory tarts using “rough puff”. This pastry creates a super yummy result without the hours of work. The savory tarts will be served with a summer salad beautifully dressed with a classic mustard vinaigrette. For dessert Tess will make Palmiers using the same rough puff pastry method.

MENU TO INCLUDE:

  • Provençal Onion Tart with Olives
  • Asparagus & Gruyère Tart
  • Summer Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette
  • Palmiers for dessert

 

This demonstration class (plus lunch!) is limited to ten people.
