Description
French Cuisine is world renowned, and I will share my knowledge of it with a classic menu of Coq au Vin and delicious side dishes followed by Mousse au Chocolat.
This class certainly fits the bill for quiet evenings or entertaining friends and family. As the weather cools it seems a bit of French comfort food will be very welcome indeed. I will demonstrate the following menu, sharing my techniques to insure the most delicious results. As with most of our cooking classes we will enjoy a yummy lunch together afterwards.
