Join us next summer in the South of France for an unforgettable culinary adventure. The workshops will take place in a beautifully restored home just outside of Saint Rémy de Provence. We will picnic at Pont de Gard, and have a 5 course dinner in Arles. During our two cooking classes per day, you will learn many classic French dishes and techniques. Experience the local markets where we will select the ingredients for our exquisite creative dishes. We will be spending time in Arles, and Avignon sightseeing, shopping, and exploring.
Lodging is included in the price of the ticket. All of the rooms have queen sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. The beds are dressed with high quality linens.
Tickets include lodging for 6.5 days. All food, wine, and one dinner out. As well as two cooking classes per day.
The closest airport is the Marignane (Marseille). The Avignon TGV train station is 15 minutes away. Most people get a connecting flight from Paris, or take the train from the Charles de Gaulle airport. There are taxis available at the airport, and at the train station.
