Join us this summer in the charming Village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape for a culinary adventure like no other! Experience the abundance of Provence and embrace the rich French culture and lifestyle.
As always, our focus will be on food! We will take things up a notch on this adventure, with more advanced lessons, in addition to our fun, informative classes for beginners. Classes cover many French classic dishes, techniques and wine-pairings. We’ll learn how to make a perfect Béarnaise, Beurre Blanc, Pistou and Hollandaise. We’ll take a deep dive into patisserie making, mastering the creation of a heavenly Mille Feuille. We will explore the magic that Provence has to offer, with wine tastings, site-seeing, shopping trips to the local markets, and various other outings.
Every workshop we do is centered around a unique space, chosen for its overall aesthetic, design and of course, a great kitchen. For this workshop we’ll be gathered in a stunning renovated stone house with private courtyard and pool—the perfect setting for alfresco dining and sunset cocktails. This house has been thoughtfully restored with a careful blend of original details and cutting edge design. It is located at the end of a quiet street, within walking distance to the village.
