Apéritif & Appetizers at HGS Home Chef-August 13th 2022


Join me in Hillsdale as I take you  on a Mediterranean seaside culinary excursion for Apèro and Appetizers.



Our summer cocktails will be Negroni Sbagliato and an Aperol Spritz. You will learn how to make a few savory (and surprisingly simple) snacks to go with our cocktails. On the menu will be:

  • Walnut pesto tartines
  • Gougères with shallots, rosemary, Gruyère and dijon.
  • Buckwheat Bilnis with smoked salmon, capers, red onion and crème fraîche
