Our summer cocktails will be Negroni Sbagliato and an Aperol Spritz. You will learn how to make a few savory (and surprisingly simple) snacks to go with our cocktails. On the menu will be:
- Walnut pesto tartines
- Gougères with shallots, rosemary, Gruyère and dijon.
- Buckwheat Bilnis with smoked salmon, capers, red onion and crème fraîche
