A Half-Day Culinary Adventure – May 29, 2021

This workshop is a small taste of the culinary adventures that we do in France— right here in the Hudson Valley! We will take advantage of the abundance of produce that is available at the local farmers market. This is a wonderful opportunity to be with friends in a small group setting where you will learn to cook dynamic dishes, and experience the lovely city of Kingston.

Our day starts at the Kingston Farmers Market where we will peruse the seasonal offerings, plan our meal, then rejoin in the kitchen. Then the fun begins—cooking, laughing, tasting, learning together! Our magnificent creations will be enjoyed al fresco (weather permitting), along with a delicious wine pairing. After a leisurely lunch, you can take a stroll on one of the nearby walking trails, or shop at one of the delightful stores on the Rondout. All in all, it will be a perfect day.

We will meet at 11:00am at the John Street entrance rain or shine. Street metered parking is limited and there is parking in the municipal lot. The Workshop includes: lunch, dessert, glass of wine and coffee. The workshop groups are limited to four people for a more private/intimate experience.
